Pregnancy and Post-natal Yoga
Yoga is particularly beneficial in preparing the mother for both the mental and physical aspects of childbirth. This is achieved through proper breathing, measured exercise and relaxation techniques that calm the mind and body.
Post-natal yoga provides healing, relaxation and toning. Rebalance your emotions, calm your mind, regain your strength and body shape and reduce the likelihood of post-natal depression.
Our class sizes are kept small to ensure that you receive the necessary personal attention. The classes are gentle and safe. Rooms are carpeted for a comfortable yoga experience.
